This streamlined Bimbo\u2019s supply chain planning process across multiple countries, leading to standardized processes, optimized planning times, and improved interconnections between different business areas.<\/p>\n<p>Overcoming Business Challenges Grupo Bimbo wanted to understand and optimize its supply and demand planning processes across its South and Central America regions.
